Shades of the Axl Rose of old came to light during Guns N’ Roses‘ October 18th set at Estadio Huracán in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Following a set opening performing of the band’s late 80s hit “Welcome To The Jungle“, Rose was seen throwing his mic at the drum kit of the band’s latest recruit, Isaac Carpenter, before ripping off his jacket and storming off to the side stage.
The anger appeared to be technical issue related, with Rose later addressing the audience. However, the footage is seemingly limited as of press time, making the context of his ire unclear. As also seen below, later in the set, Rose was also seen walking up and physically kicking Carpenter‘s drum kit during the performance. Carpenter was officially welcomed into the hard rock legends this past March, replacing Frank Ferrer.
