Sanguisugabogg have commented on the recent billboard erected in their hometown of Columbus, OH which offers the phrase ‘Sanguisugabogg is Real’. The billboard went up to promote the death metal band’s newly released album “Hideous Aftermath“. It parodies the ‘hell is real’ billboards that have gone up around America for decades, generally with the intent of spreading Christian faith. The band’s billboard is located at 107 S High St., Columbus, OH, above the Tasty Dawg.
Speaking of it collectively, the group offered:
“To have our logo plastered on a billboard just across our state capital building should be considered vandalism in some way, This is so cool. Thank you to Century Media for giving OUR city the sickest merch it could ever receive.”
