The Violent Hour played their first-ever live shows this past weekend. The band, who are fronted by ex-Butcher Babies co-vocalist Carla Harvey, made their debut at the Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, CA, opening for Buckcherry and more at a pair of back-to-back shows. Spawned as a venture between Harvey and her significant other Charlie Benante (Anthrax, Pantera, etc.), The Violent Hour have since grown into a full band. Their roster was revealed in late August and includes:
Kiana De Leon – lead guitar
Allie Kay – rhythm guitar
Jewel Steele – bass
Sasha De Leon – drums
The band’s self-titled debut EP arrived this past July.
