A brand new music video has just landed online for Nine Inch Nails‘ latest single “As Alive As You Need Me To Be“. The Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame-inducted outfit penned that song for the upcoming third instalment in the ‘Tron‘ movie franchise, ‘Tron: Ares‘, which is set to open on October 10th.
While the band’s Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have developed an award-winning career scoring film, they were personally asked to approach this project under the banner and mindset of their legendary industrial metal outfit.
Maxime Quoilin (Metallica, Pharrell Williams) directed the visuals for this new video, wit te song marking the first new Nine Inch Nails song in five years. The band’s 14-song soundtrack for ‘Tron: Ares‘ is set to arrive on September 19th.
In addition to the musical comeback mentioned above, Nine Inch Nails also returned to the road this year for their first touring since 2022. A North American leg of that trek is currently underway with the following dates lined up:
