Baroness will be bringing their tour celebrating their “Red” and “Blue” albums out west this fall for a newly announced North American run. That trek will find the progressive sludge metal outfit performing those albums in full with stoner metal outfit Weedeater as direct support. Baroness vocalist/guitarist John Baizley commented:
“West Coast, we’re bringing the ‘Red & Blue Tour‘ in your direction this September with our friends and tour mates, Weedeater. The first leg of the tour through the Northeast was such a blast that we knew we may have to add a second leg. Throughout the tour, we read your messages and saw all of your comments asking for it – so here it is: ‘Red & Blue – Part II‘. We can’t wait to see you again. We’ll be playing through the entirety of both records. Get yourselves ready for 90+ minutes of intense rock music.”
Look for tickets go up this Friday, July 11th at 10:00am local time. Tour-only vinyl is expected to be available across the trek as well.
