GRAMMY Award-winning progressive metallers Dream Theater dusted off their cover of Pink Floyd‘s “Echoes” last night, July 02nd, for the first time in over 20 years. This return to the setlist also served as the first time the multi-platinum band have performed the track in its entirety.
They opened the second act of their set at the Anfiteatro Romano in Pompei, Italy with that rendition, with the performance itself being part of the ‘Beats Of Pompeii‘ festival. you can find some fan-filmed footage of the cover below:
