Texan metalcore band Fit For A King lifted the veil on the opening track from their upcoming album “Lonely God” tonight, June 26th. That song is titled “Begin The Sacrifice“, and you can give its Garrett Drake-directed (Silent Planet, Wolves At The Gate) music video a watch below. Vocalist “Ryan Kirby stated:
“Thematically, you can think of it as a person who’s ready to begin the sacrifice of himself for a greater cause, but there are a million things asking for his attention. It’s not necessarily religion. People are arguing about everything these days. So, it’s easy to end up believing in nothing because you feel overwhelmed.”
“Lonely God” will be out on August 01st through Solid State Records.
October will find the group mounting the below headlining tour on it with support from Make Them Suffer, Spite and 156/Silence:
