Professionally-filmed footage of Slaughter To Prevail‘s set at this past weekend’s ‘Vans Warped Tour‘ 30th anniversary festival stop in Washington, DC has been shared online by the Russian deathcore band’s vocalist Alex Terrible. That performance proved to be somewhat controversial due to vocalist Alex Terrible opening the set while waving a Russian flag.
While Terrible remains proudly patriotic of his home country, he has previously condemned the ongoing war in Ukraine being waged by Russia. Seemingly prompted by the latest round of divisive comments directed his way following this set, Terrible issued a new statement this past weekend.
Slaughter To Prevail are currently barreling toward the July 18th release of their new album “GRIZZLY“, which will emerge via Sumerian Records. The setlist for this below show, which was filmed this past Saturday, June 14th, at RFK Stadium grounds in Washington, DC, ran as follows:
