Sodom dropped a lyric video for their brand new single “Taphephobia” this morning. The veteran German thrash metallers will have that song included on their forthcoming seventeenth studio album “The Arsonist“, due out June 27th. Vocalist/bassist Tom Angelripper had the following to share of the origins of this new cut:
“‘Taphephobia‘ is about an abnormal phobia of being buried alive as a result of being incorrectly pronounced dead. Drummer Toni Merkel, who is also an excellent guitarist, contributed this song and helped to make the album even more versatile.”
