Helmet hit the KEXP Studio in Seattle, WA on March 05th of this year to track a four-song in-studio performance. With the gold-certified alternative metal group having been out on the 30th anniversary of their third album “Betty” at the time, the setlist featured performances of “Wilma’s Rainbow” and “Milquetoast“, both of which were originally released as singles from that album.
The band also threw it back to their 1990 debut album “Strap It On” with a playthrough of “Repetition“, while adding in a more modern cut in “Dislocated” off their latest album “Left“.
