A trio of lineup announcements for the 2026 ‘C.Y. Fest‘ have recently been made. Rotting Out, Dropdead and Excel will all be performing at the fest, which was previously set to take place this September. After running into some snags, this year’s edition of the festival has been postponed to March 28th of 2026 and will be held at The Belasco and Mayan Theater in Los Angeles, CA.
A statement issued yesterday, March 31st, by the festival’s organizers read as follows:
“Due to unavoidable work commitments with the City of Los Angeles that cannot be postponed, we have been forced to reschedule this year’s @cyfest_official
We made attempts to make this work and saved rescheduling as an absolute last resort. Unfortunately these work and school obligations were unable to accommodate the schedule I needed and will be taking place the same month and week as the festival.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding and continued support.
Mark your calendars for March 28th, 2026.
