Chicago, IL post-rock quartet Pelican have just launched a stream of their newest single “Indelible“. It’s taken from the band’s first record in six years, “Flickering Resonance“, which will be out May 16th on Run For Cover. You can however hear that effort ahead of time, with an early listening party scheduled for next month with the band in attendance.
That event will take place April 20th at Half Acre’s Bowmanville brewery in the band’s hometown. Those who attend can also get their hands on an event-specific shirt commemorating the listening party, as well copies of the Pelican‘s “Cascading Crescent” 7″, which features an exclusive version of the song featuring guest vocals from Thursday‘s Geoff Rickly.
