Rap rockers 311 are ringing in their annual ‘311 Day‘ celebrations with the unveiling of a 30th anniversary edition reissue of 3x platinum-certified self-titled album. The group teased those plans recently with some promotional activities that included adding a blue hue to select releases from their catalog on digital service providers, and this promotional site. Launching alongside the word of this expanded reissue is the band’s ‘All Mixed Up Records’ merch capsule.

The above-mentioned site mentioned is expected to continue to evolve throughout the year, serving as a hub for the band’s 30th anniversary celebrations for the aforementioned album. As some may have noted, yesterday’s incarnation of that site featured a map of the U.S. with various cities plotted out.

The group have now confirmed that their ‘Unity Tour‘ will once again take place this summer, with the lineup, dates, etc. set to be revealed next Tuesday, March 18th at 10:00am EST / 07:00am PST. Pre-sale signups can be found unity-tour.com.

Two variants of this self-titled 30th anniversary pressing will arrive on July 11th, with Legacy Recordings offering a direct to fan exclusive pressing on blue smoke colored vinyl, while a limited package edition hosts the ‘pearlized’ vinyl pressing.
