Deftones will apparently be celebrating the notable anniversaries of three key albums in their catalog during their set at this year’s ‘Louder Than Life‘ festival. Thus far the admat for the fest doesn’t denote any special performance, and the multi-platinum alternative metal stars have yet to comment on the matter. However, the organizers of the aforementioned event stated the following this afternoon (February 28th):

Deftones will headline the Saturday, September 20th date of the festival, sharing stages with A Perfect Circle, Stone Temple Pilots and many more. This year’s ‘Louder Than Life‘ will be held at the Highland Festival Grounds at the Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville, KY.
