While some early leaks may have spoiled their fun, platinum-certified pop-punk/metalcore band A Day To Remember have ‘surprise’ released their new album “A Day To Remember’s Big Ole Album Vol. 1“.
However, in an unconventional twist, they have chosen to make that album available physically first, with only vinyl and CD copies of it currently available via online retailers and brick-and-mortar stores. A digital release of the album will follow on March 21st. You can get your hands on an actual copy of the album now through adtr.com.
If you’d like to try before you buy, two new tracks, “Make It Make Sense” and “LeBron” are both set to premiere online this afternoon at 12:00pm PST / 03:00pm EST. Recording sessions for this record took place under Drew Fulk (Knocked Loose, Lil Wayne), Zakk Cervini (Bring Me The Horizon, Blink-182) and the band’s own Jeremy McKinnon.
Other contributors in the studio included Cody Quistad of Wage War, Will Putney of Fit For An Autopsy, Better Lovers, etc. fame and Linkin Park drummer Colin Brittain.
