Comedian Nick Harrison recently used some AI assistance to turn Sepultura‘s tribal nü-metal anthem “Roots Bloody Roots” into a yacht rock song and got a thumbs up from the band themselves. You can find that rendition over at Instagram, where several Sepultura-related entities also left some comments.
Sepultura‘s own social media account commented, “So beautiful!! Let’s do this! ♥️”
Likewise, the band’s vocalist Derrick Green added, “Let’s make it happen!! ”
Gloria Cavalera, wife of former Sepultura vocalist/guitarist Max Cavalera also chimed in, offering, “Max and I just watched this!! So sick!! ”
