Straight edge deathcore band No Cure put out their guest-filled new EP, “I Hope I Die Here” today, December 06th. That conceptual outing gathers numerous guest musicians from the band’s home state of Alabama, serving as a conceptual love letter of sorts to the state.
A music video for the song “Hang Me From The Bible Belt” has just gone up online alongside the EP, with this new track featuring a guest spot from Gideon vocalist Daniel McWhorter. No Cure vocalist Blaythe Steuer stated of it:
“I am so proud of this song. I sat on the intro riff for a couple years and I’m so happy it finally found its place. This song came together so well and it says what I’ve needed to say my whole life. Thank you so much to Dan singing on this with us.”
Nick Chance (Beautiful Child of God) directed the below music video and also guests on the EP, appearing on “Don’t Need Your Help“.
