Body Count were the musical guest on last night’s (December 04th) episode of ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon‘. The GRAMMY Award-winning rap metal/crossover band performed their rendition of Pink Floyd‘s 1979 track “Comfortably Numb” on the show. While Pink Floyd‘s David Gilmour guests on the studio version of that cover, he was not present for last night’s performance.
In other news, Body Count vocalist Ice-T also got some interview time during the show, discussing how the aforementioned cover came about. Body Count put out their eighth studio album “Merciless” late last month. They’ll next be onstage tonight, December 05th at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ. Cro-Mags & Murphy’s Law will also be on the bill.
