A 20th anniversary edition of Alter Bridge‘s gold-certified 2004 debut album “One Day Remains” has just been announced. Newly expanded with six bonus tracks, the opus will be available on vinyl and digital formats across a staggered release timeframe.
A limited number of initial colored vinyl pressings will be available starting this Friday, November 29th via alterbridge.com. The digital deluxe version will follow on December 06th, with a wide 2-LP release set for March 07th.
That latter vinyl release will have retailer-specific variants, including, ‘Orange Smoke (exclusive to the band’s Spotify listeners), Limeade (via Revolver), Blue Smoke (Best Buy), and Electric Smoke (Vinyl Voice, exclusively available via Independent Record Stores).’
Vocalist Myles Kennedy stated of this anniversary edition, “It’s been 20 years since we released ‘One Day Remains‘. We are forever grateful to everyone who has supported us on this amazing journey. Thank you for the last 20 years and we are excited for what the future holds.”
Outside of the original album track listing, the song “Save Me” (taken from the ‘Elektra‘ soundtrack) is now featured. Also included is a March 28th, 2005 live performance that took place at Phase One Studios in Toronto, ON. The setlist for that ran as follows:
