Machine Head‘s brand new collaborative single “These Scars Won’t Define Us” has just received its online premiere. That track arrives ahead of the Oakland, CA groove metal/thrash metal hybrid’s eleventh studio album, which is expected out in 2025.
This new three-minute plus cut finds the band teaming with Anders Fridén of Swedish melodeath pioneers In Flames‘, Cristina Scabbia of Italian goth metallers Lacuna Coil and Trevor Phipps of metalcore vets Unearth.
It emerges as a companion piece of sorts to the forthcoming spring tour all four of the aforementioned bands will be undertaking together across North American next spring. The dates for that trek are available below:
