After an initial in-studio live set for SiriusXM last week, supergroup Seven Hours After Violet hit the stage for the first time yesterday, October 12th. The group performed a 7-song set at this year’s return of the ‘Mayhem Festival‘ in San Bernardino, CA. That performance arrived hot on the heels of this past Friday’s (October 11th) release of the group’s self-titled debut album.

With System Of A Down bassist Shavo Odadjian at their core, Seven Hours After Violet‘s lineup also features vocalist Taylor Barber (Left To Suffer), guitarist/producer Michael “Morgothbeatz” Montoya (Winds Of Plague, etc.), ‘American Idol‘ runner-up Alejandro Aranda (aka Scarypoolparty) on guitars/vocals, and Winds Of Plague, etc. drummer Josh Johnson.
