Swedish alternative metal band Blindside have been doing an admirable job of curating their catalog as of late. Roughly two weeks ago, the group celebrated the 20th anniversary of their fourth studio album “About A Burning Fire” with the digital release of two b-sides.
Now comes word that their adventurous 2000 sophomore album “A Thought Crushed My Mind” has newly made its way to digital service providers. As opposed to their major label output, that effort found the band still deep within their scrappy, experimental post-hardcore days.
Next up on their trip down memory lane is a full album performance of “About A Burning Fire” at the October 06th closing date of this year’s final ‘Furnace Fest‘ in Birmingham, AL.
