Last night (September 04th) saw Alice In Chains‘s Jerry Cantrell give a live debut to his new solo track “Afterglow“. The grunge icon introduced the song to the setlist during his time on stage at the Freeman Coliseum in San Antonio, TX. He was flanked by his current solo touring band, which includes Greg Puciato (Better Lovers, ex-The Dillinger Escape Plan, etc.) on co-vocals, among others.
Fan-filmed footage of the song is available below, with the studio version of the track scheduled to debut tomorrow, September 06th. Cantrell‘s new solo album “I Want Blood” is headed for an October 18th release date. His current tour alongside Bush and Candlebox is winding down at the moment, with the following shows remaining:
