Post-metalcore outfit Heriot have released a video for their song “Siege Lord“. Recording sessions for it took place with Josh Middleton (Sylosis, ex-Architects) and Will Putney of Fit For An Autopsy, Better Lovers, etc. fame. It’s the second single the UK-based outfit have released since announcing their signing with Century Media Records last fall.
The group stated of this latest cut:
“‘Siege Lord‘ is a track we feel expands on our previous releases, leaning heavily into the more metallic elements of our sound. It’s a visceral yet atmospheric track. Lyrically, ‘Siege Lord‘ contemplates the fragility of soul searching.”
