Metalcore outfit Great American Ghost have signed a new deal with SharpTone Records. The below video for “Hymn Of Decay” is the first song to be shared through this new partnership. That single was produced by Will Putney of Fit For An Autopsy, Better Lovers, etc. fame, while the video was directed by Anthony Altamura of Stray From The Path.
Vocalist Ethan Harrison commented:
“‘Hymn Of Decay‘ is a deeply personal song to me. It’s a direct reflection of something that I’m experiencing right now with a loved one; dementia. I tried to put myself in their psyche, to understand what they were going through, and with that this song was written.”
