Mr. Bungle‘s March 06th show at the Festival Hall in Melbourne, AUS found the band rejoined onstage by two past members. Clinton “Bär” McKinnon returned to the band on sax, while drummer Danny Heifetz was back behind the kit.
The two musicians, who performed with the avant-garde metal band from 1989 through to 2000, sat in for a three song encore that included a cover of John Sebastian‘s “Welcome Back“, Adriano Celentano‘s “24 Mila Baci“, and a painfully brief tease of the “Disco Volante” track “Carry Stress In The Jaw“, which was last performed in 2000.
