Asking Alexandria Land Two More Gold Singles In The United States

British hard rockers Asking Alexandria have added some more accolades to their credit, having scored a pair of new gold single certifications in the United States. “I Won’t Give In“, which was launched as the first single from the band’s sole album with vocalist Denis Stoff, “The Black“, is among the two new cuts to receive the honors.

Also newly certified is “Into The Fire“, which served as the first single from the band’s self-titled 2017 album. Both singles were officially certified gold by the RIAA yesterday, December 06th. These two tracks now serve as the band’s fifth and sixth singles to go gold in the United States respectively. Other tracks to land the hardware include: “Moving On“; “Alone In A Room“; “Not The American Average“; and “Final Episode (Let’s Change The Channel)“.

A platinum album/single in the United States represents 1,000,000 units, while gold signifies 500,000 units. Outside of traditional physical/digital sales, the certifications factor in digital streams/downloads with 10 permanent track downloads counting as 1 unit and 1500 on-demand audio/video streams from a particular album also counting as as a unit.
