Glassjaw Reveal New 30th Anniversary Vinyl & Book Set ‘The Playable Collection’


Influential post-hardcore outfit Glassjaw have announced a 30th anniversary vinyl and book set. Dubbed ‘The Playable Collection‘, that set spans the band’s catalog with new colored vinyl pressings of their 2000 debut album “Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Silence” and its 2002 follow-up, “Worship And Tribute“. 2011’s “Our Color Green” and the band’s critically acclaimed “Coloring Book” are also featured in the set, as is the group’s third studio album, 2017’s “Material Control“.

The included book, which is available separately in both softcover and hardcover editions, serves as an authorized oral history of the band’s career, as told by the likes of Quicksand‘s Walter Schreifels, Vision Of Disorder‘s Tim Williams, Silent Majority‘s Tommy Corrigan, Burn‘s Gavin Van Vlack and more.

A visual history of locations influential to Glassjaw‘s vocalist Daryl Palumbo and guitarist Justin Beck are also featured, along with photos of various memorabilia from the group, as well as pictures of the band from 1993 onward.
