Hear Late Linkin Park Vocalist Chester Bennington On Previously Unreleased Slash Demo “Crazy”


A demo version of a previously unreleased collaboration between late Linkin Park vocalist Chester Bennington and Guns N’ Roses, etc. guitar hero Slash has newly made its way online. That song was initially titled “Crazy“, and later became “Doctor Alibi” with vocals from late Motörhead singer/bassist Lemmy Kilmister. The latter version appeared on Slash‘s self-titled 2010 debut solo album.

dUG Pinnick of King’s X played bass on this demo, while Matt Star (Ace Frehley, Bang Tango, etc.) played drums. While snippets of the song have surfaced prior, this full demo was giving an airing by producer Big Chris Flores on the ‘Appetite For Distortion‘ podcast and can be heard below:
