Diamond-certified hard rock juggernaut Guns N’ Roses had a special performance in store for fans last night (November 02nd) at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA. Nestled amid the band’s 25-song set was their first live performance of “The General“.
As with the various other tracks released by the band recently, “The General” originated amid the lengthy writing sessions for the band’s infamous 2008 outing, “Chinese Democracy“. The song finally received an official release last month as part of a 7” the group issued for another “Chinese Democracy” holdover, “Perhaps“.
