Multi-platinum alternative metal favorites Tool were back onstage last night (October 06th), this time performing at the annual ‘Aftershock‘ festival in Sacramento, CA. Since the band’s no-filming policy was not in place in the festival setting, various fan-filmed footage from the show has since made its way to the internet.
Among the somewhat more rare inclusions in their set during the show was another performance of the recently dusted off “10,000 Days” cut “Rosetta Stoned“, and “Swamp Song” from the band’s 3x multi-platinum debut album “Undertow“. The latter track hasn’t been played too frequently in recent years, with this marking its sixth performance since 2019.
The setlist for last night’s concert ran as follows
The setlist for that show included:
“Jambi”
“The Pot”
“Fear Inoculum”
“Pushit”
“Rosetta Stoned”
“Forty Six & 2”
“Pneuma”
“The Grudge”
“Invincible”
“Stinkfist”
“Swamp Song”
“Ænema”
Tool‘s live plans continue tomorrow with a stop at the first-ever ‘Power Trip‘ festival.
