Those planning to attend the final leg of Rivers Of Nihil‘s tour opening for Between The Buried And Me this month will be treated to a special performance. Bassist/vocalist Adam Biggs is stepping down from the position due to a new addition to the family.
In his place behind the mic will be Kyle Schaefer of Fallujah. Biggs himself commented on the substitution earlier today, July 24th:
“Hey everyone, Biggs here. Checking in to let everyone know that I’ll be stepping off of the last 6 dates of the Parallax II tour so I can make it home in time to be with my family as we welcome a new baby into the world! Stepping up to the mic in my stead will be our good buddy @kyle_archaeologist of @fallujahsf. So make sure to catch these special sets and show Kyle and the rest of the guys a good time. See you all again soon!”
The remaining dates for the tour, which finds this temporarily reconfigured version of Rivers Of Nihil out with Between The Buried And Me (performing “The Parallax II: Future Sequence“) and Thank You Scientist, run as follows:
