Asking Alexandria have been forced to scrap their planned appearances at this summer’s ‘Upheaval Fest‘, ‘Rock Fest‘ and ‘Inkcarceration Festival‘ in light of their drummer James Cassells having fractured his foot late last month.
The gold-certified metalcore turned alternative rock outfit had the following to say about the matter today, July 11th:
“Following the recent news of James breaking his foot we will not be attending Upheaval fest, Rock fest, or Inkarceration fest.
All other future dates will be going ahead as planned as it will give James the time to heal properly so we can put on the show you all deserve to see.
Again thank you all so much for of the love and support that’s been shown towards James. It really means the world to all of us as we continue to focus on getting him better. We look forward to seeing you all later in the year!

A new album from the band titled “Where Do We Go From Here?” is slated to receive an August 25th release through Better Noise Music. The band will be launching the following co-headlining tour with The HU shortly afterwards. Bad Wolves and Zero 9:36 will open.
