After announcing they had parted ways with their longtime keyboardist/sampler Craig Jones earlier today (June 07th,) masked metal phenoms Slipknot have since deleted their social media posts regarding his exit. That said, the multi-platinum band did hit the stage today for their first live show since making the announcement, and a new individual was present in place of Jones.
The band performed at the annual ‘Nova Rock Festival‘ in Nickelsdorf, AUT, with a set that notably saw the first live performances of “The Blister Exists” and “Purity” since 2015, “Liberate” since 2016, and the live debut of “Yen‘.
The group have since released the below image of their apparent new addition to their touring roster:
