Dååth Debut Their Cover Of Death’s “The Philosopher”, Ice Nine Kills & Obsidious Members Guest

Reunited technical groove metal outfit Dååth have taken on Death‘s 1993 track “The Philosopher“. That song of course closed out the aforementioned death metal outfit’s fifth studio album, “Individual Thought Patterns“.

Having returned from a 12-year hiatus earlier this year, Dååth have slowly been ramping up to their full-fledged return. To that end they debuted a new single titled “No Rest No End” this past February (check it out here) and have also signed with Metal Blade Records.

As with their aforementioned new single, this cover finds Rafael Trujillo (Obsidious, ex-Obscura) guesting. Ice Nine Kills lead guitarist Dan Sugarman also lent his talents to this rendition.
