Ohio groove metal outfit Chimaira have recently begun livestreaming the initial rehearsals for their upcoming live return. Thus far the group have streamed two of their rehearsals, with a third rehearsal livestreaming at the time of this post. You can watch those sessions over at the band’s official Twitch.
Chimaira are of course preparing for their first live performances since 2017. They have a pair of shows booked for this May celebrating the 20th anniversary of their sophomore album “The Impossibility Of Reason“. Notably, both of those dates are planned to be livestreamed as well.
All current members of the band have been present for these ongoing rehearsals, including vocalist Mark Hunter, guitarists Rob Arnold & Matt DeVries, bassist Jim LaMarca, keyboardist/programmer, etc. Chris Spicuzza, and drummer Austin D’Amond (ex-DevilDriver, etc.).
