Returning Michigan nü-metal/alternative metal outfit Taproot have announced what they have described as the final two dates for their upcoming release tour supporting their new studio album “SC\SSRS“. The new shows include stops in Joliet, IL and Harrison, OH.
Vocalist/guitarist Stephen Richards spearheaded that aforementioned record, which will be out on September 29th. It will mark the band’s first new full-length in over a decade. They have currently lined up the below shows to, *ahem*, welcome it into the world:

Fans of the band can also expect a compilation of the group’s past sprawling b-sides collection “Besides” to emerge this spring. Dubbed “Best Of Besides“, that set has narrowed down the various demos and outtakes from 130 songs to just 18. It will be out on April 30th.
