See Jane’s Addiction Debut New Track “True Love” Live

Multi-platinum alternative rock outfit Jane’s Addiction have been in and out of the studio in recent months working on new material. Those songs represent their first proper output in over a decade, as well as their first since reuniting with bassist Eric Avery last year.

It is however not yet clear how involved guitarist Dave Navarro has been in these new sessions. His continued struggles with long-COVID have thus far prevented him from returning to the road with the band, with ex-Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer currently filling in for him live.

That said, the group did recently give a live debut to one of their new sonic offerings. That song is titled “True Love” and they closed their March 05th set at the Mechanics Bank Arena in Bakersfield, CA with it. Fan-filmed footage of that has since emerged online below.

The band’s immediate touring plans include:

With L.A. Witch & Damnage:

03/09 Los Angeles, CA – The Hollywood Palladium
03/11 Reno, NV – Grand Sierra Resort (no Damnage)
03/12 Las Vegas, NV – The Chelsea
