Australian progressive metal band Ne Obliviscaris have shared a live video for their song “And Plague Flowers The Kaleidoscope“. This performance of the track was recorded during a set the band played at 170 Russell in their hometown of Melbourne, Australia back on May 10th, 2019.
A blu-ray of that entire show will be released as “Live In Melbourne” with the special collector’s edition of the group’s forthcoming album “Exul“. A March 24th release date is currently scheduled for that.
The band stated:
“This live performance video features audio that is almost completely unedited. It’s brilliantly imperfect. A genuine and an authentic representation of what our shows are like. This concert Blu-Ray is a great example of how deeply we care about our music and the connection between ourselves and the audience.
It’s six people that have worked for years (decades even) at their craft coming together to bring our music to life for audiences across the world and we are so excited to get back to doing that in 2023. We hope you enjoy this taste of NeO’s Live in Melbourne Blu-Ray. See you all on the Exul world tour (EU/UK this May and USA/CAN Oct/Nov + more TBA) for our own moment to share together!”
