Puscifer Release Third Music Video For Carina Rounds’ Remix Of “A Singularity”

The experimental alternative rock collective known as Puscifer have released their latest visual interpretation of their track “A Singularity“. The Maynard James Keenan-fronted (Tool, A Perfect Circle) outfit enlisted several different individuals to create videos for this reimagined version of the song, which was helmed by the band’s own Carina Round.

Thus far videos for it crafted by Keenan himself (here) and his A Perfect Circle bandmate Billy Howerdel (here) have emerged. Visual artist Alisa Akay is the latest artist to have their work featured, she said of the experience:

“Throughout my visualizer, Maynard’s lyrics take us on a voyage about a heartbreaking loss. I animated ocean waves of emotion that ebb and flow with the phases of the Moon while geometric shapes pulse to the song. These energetic forms are symbolic of beings that were once physically inseparable, now forever unified in spirit across space and time.”

The song itself is dedicated to Keenan‘s beloved late dog, MiHo. Further videos for it done by Odin Wadleigh, actor Yul Vázquez (‘Severance‘, ‘The Outsider‘) and Keenan‘s own daughter Lei Li are expected.

As for this version of the track, it is taken from Puscifer‘s upcoming “Existential Reckoning” remix album, “Existential Reckoning: Rewired“. A March 31st release date has been set for that, with it due to run as follows:
