Yesterday saw multi-platinum rap/rock outfit Cypress Hill perform a mini-set at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. That concert took place as part of the annual ‘Busch Light Clash at The Coliseum’ NASCAR event. In addition to mainstays Eric Bobo (percussion) and DJ Lord, Cypress Hill‘s backing band included, Deftones guitarist Stephen Carpenter and System Of A Down bassist Shavo Odadjian and Money Mark (keys).
Fan-filmed footage of that set, which included a Rage Against The Machine-themed version of the early Cypress Hill single “How I Could Just Kill A Man“, can be seen below. Carpenter and Odadjian also sat in for “Rise Up” and “(Rock) Superstar“.
