Future Usses (Intronaut) Debut “Darkly Loom”

Sludgy instrumental rock trio Future Usses are back with new music and an impending live show. The group, who feature Intronaut guitarist/vocalist (and noted luthier) Sacha Dunable among their numbers, have shared the track “Darkly Loom” from their new EP. That new effort will be out later this week.

Dunable commented:

“We have had these songs written since the early 2020 lockdown era of the pandemic, and slowly finished the recording process over the three years since then. With all that time, we got to experiment with a bunch of tones from a huge collection of vintage tube amps and effects (thank you, pandemic retail therapy), and had fun dialing in a unique character to these tunes. Hope you enjoy!”

In other news, the band will be joining ‘Uroboric Forms‘ for a show this Friday, January 27th, at the Knitting Factory In North Hollywood, CA. If that apparent pseudonym of a moniker doesn’t sound familiar to you, you may want to look into who may or may not be playing that show.
