Periphery have confirmed the title to their fifth studio album, which they will be releasing through their own 3DOT Recordings on March 10th. That effort has been christened “Periphery V: Djent Is Not A Genre“, a seemingly tongue-in-cheek clapback at the genre of metal many feel the band helped to popularize.
A pair of singles (“Wildfire” & “Zagreus“) from it will be out this coming Thursday, January 12th. Pre-orders for the effort will be launched alongside the aforementioned new songs, which you can pre-save here.
