Soen have released a performance video for their song “Fortune“. That footage was captured during the band’s December 10th, 2021 in-studio set at the Atlantis Grammofon Studio in Stockholm, Sweden. The entire set is presently headed for a release this Friday, November 18th as “Atlantis“.
Speaking of the track itself, the band’s drummer Martin Lopez (ex-Opeth, etc.) and vocalist Joel Ekelöf stated:
“‘Fortune‘ is a song about getting beaten up by life, falling down again and again, but getting back up regardless. In this specific case, it is about seeing a loved one face the obstacles that you have faced, letting them know that things will eventually get better and that you have got their back no matter what.”
