AFI have announced their plans to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their 2003 breakout album “Sing The Sorrow“. That opus saw the band make the jump to DreamWorks Records after years on Nitro Records. It also represented some stylistic changes which helped propel the group into the mainstream, with the album going gold in the United States just over a month after its release and a platinum status eventually following in March of 2006.

The gothic punk rockers will be performing the album in its entirety for the first (and what they have proclaimed to be the last) time ever later this winter. The live performance till take place 20 years to the date of the album’s original release date, having been booked for March 11th at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA.
