Last weekend saw the kickoff date of the ‘When We Were Young‘ festival in Las Vegas, NV. However, amid weather concerns, the first of two planned dates for the festival was cancelled. That led numerous artists scheduled to perform that night scrambling to line-up last minute live performances at other venues, including Canadian alternative metal outfit Kittie.
Thus, for Kittie‘s second show since 2017, they wound up playing The Sand Dollar Lounge in Las Vegas, NV this past Saturday, October 22nd. Fan-filmed footage of that performance has since made its way online below.
The group, who have the unenviable role of playing at the same time as festival headliners My Chemical Romance, followed that impromptu set up the next day performing at ‘When We Were Young‘, and will be back onstage this weekend for the festival’s final date on October 29th.
