Last night (September 27th) saw legendary grunge outfit Alice In Chains joined onstage by Gavin Rossdale, vocalist/guitarist of the British alternative rock band Bush. Alice In Chains have been out on the road since mid-August on a co-headlining tour with Breaking Benjamin that finds Bush as direct support.
Rossdale stepped up to assist on vocals on the 3x multi-platinum 1990 hit single “Man In The Box” during the aforementioned tour’s stop at the Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek in Raleigh, NC. Fan-filmed footage of that pairing has since made its way online and is available below.

Meanwhile, last Wednesday, September 21st saw Alice In Chains vocalist/guitarist Jerry Cantrell join Bush onstage for a set closing performance of “Comedown“, the third single from Bush‘s 6x multi-platinum 1994 debut album “Sixteen Stone“. Fan-filmed footage of that pairing, which took place at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Maryland Heights, MO, can be found below as well.
