Dead Eyed Creek, the ’90s metal-influenced outfit comprised of guitarist Job Bos (Satyricon, etc.), drummer Norman Lonhard (ex-Triptykon), bassist Max Blok and vocalist Einar Vilberg, have launched “Viscid Dreams” as their second single. That song will appear on the band’s forthcoming as-yet untitled debut album, due out early next year.

Bos had the following to say about this latest offering:

“The riffs in ‘Viscid Dreams‘ are the first I ever wrote and it has this raw and wild feel to it. It’s very straight to the point, groovy and carries a lot of the band’s history.”

Vilberg added:

“The lyrics are about being wrongfully accused for something you didn’t do and people lying about you and trying to ruin your reputation behind your back. Just like people used to burn ‘witches’ in the old days.”

The group enlisted Dave Meester to direct a video for this latest track.
