We Came As Romans called out Attila on social media earlier today (July 28th), after apparently taking issue with some perceived similarities between a song the Georgia metalcore crew have been working on in the studio recently. Attila vocalist Chris Fronzak shared a clip of that in-progress song on social media recently via his Instagram Stories, which you can see below.
In a since-deleted tweet, We Came As Romans shared a video of them playing the clip of the Attila track from Fronzak‘s social media on a phone with a less than thrilled look on their face. They directly followed it with a clip from their 10-month-old single with Beartooth‘s Caleb Shomo, “Black Hole“. While We Came As Romans deleted their tweet and video, another Twitter user has since reuploaded the video in question it below:
You guys have our phone numbers and you coulda reached out instead of a tweet, but it's all good. None of us have listened to your song. It was an honest mistake, we apologize.

Fronzak himself responded back to We Came As Romans‘ initial tweet:
You guys have our phone numbers and you coulda reached out instead of a tweet, but it's all good. None of us have listened to your song. It was an honest mistake, we apologize.
