Memphis May Fire Vocalist Matty Mullins To Continue Band’s Current Tour Despite Breaking Two Ribs

Matty Mullins, vocalist for Christian metalcore group Memphis May Fire, has decided to continue on with the band’s current headlining tour, despite recently breaking two of his ribs.

A statement shared yesterday, July 09th by Mullins reads:

“I took a pretty nasty fall yesterday & unfortunately broke 2 ribs. I hit my head as well but got scanned & there’s no serious damage there. Thankfully I can still breath well & it’s only certain movements that cause a lot of pain so WE ARE NOT CANCELING SHOWS. I won’t be moving a lot on stage but I would much rather do that than not play at all.

Thank you to everyone that has reached out. The situation is not ideal but the show must go on & i’m so excited to keep rockin’ with y’all!

PS. Gonna need everyone to sing along louder than ever before.”
